Have you gotten estimates from body shops/Corvette shops in your area? This swap will be more involved than what you might think.

Hi no I haven't this was my dad's car and he died so I got it it needs done or I might just end up selling the car just trying to see how much it would cost and trying to figure out if it worth to put money in it !!! The car has a salvage title no frame damage it was in a hurricane and got flipped over so the front clip needs to be replaced

Replaced mine on my 73 in 2016.
2 hours for me to remove the old urethane one and clean up the area.
Body shop installed the new one. Figure about 1.5 hours for installation after they painted it.
I spent 45 minutes installing the 3 grills and air dam.
4.25 hours at a labor rate for your area (the body shop rate was $50 per hour)

Keep in mind, the setup from Eckler's is going to require a LOT of prep work before it is ready to paint. Not a knock against Eckler's just the nature of new glass parts.

THAT is very difficult without actually seeing it and no detailed pics - ESPECIALLY when a car has been wrecked. The salvage title hurts it a lot, if you are doing it for an investment just walk away from it and sell it for what you can. If you are fixing it because it is Dad's Vette - THAT is a different story.
I like Hagerty's valuation tool;

Keep in mind NONE of these tools are spot on, they are a guide. They list a #4 condition car (that is a driver in need of work) as $9500.00. It sounds like with some work you can get there fairly cheap as you have most of the parts and are will to do some labor. So maybe half that.
If this was a 1970 LT1 convertible or a 1969 427 it is an easy decision.
These things are rarely good investments - do it for the love of the car or move on is my 2 cents.

As-is? The 2500 wasn't that low. Especially since it is gonna carry a rebuilt title brand forever. I doubt it will ever fetch much more than 10k when fixed. And that assumes good paint, no driving, handling, stopping issues. Are you keeping the car because it was your father's, or getting out of it as painlessly as possible? The body shop bill for replacing the nose will be high. I think you are gonna have to start reading front clip replace threads...
