Default Pictures of 15" wheels on a chrome bumper C3 please

Hello,

I am looking to purchase a set of 15" wheels for my 1972 coupe. The rally wheels on the car are nice, but I want something else to give the car a different look. If you have 15" wheels on your chrome bumper C3 would you mind postings pictures so I can get some ideas of what looks nice? I don't want anything that requires spacers and I would like to stick with the stock wheel size.

Thank you.

I prefer chrome wheels, but those look very nice. Is there a lot of upkeep on the polished aluminum wheels?

I've had both chrome and aluminum and myself, personally I prefer aluminum.
Once a year I give them a good go with some aluminum polish and then it's a wipe here or there when I think of it.

I'm still looking to go to a set of 17" torque thrust II but until I find a set in my snack-bracket....

How about some Cragar SS's? They do require spacers though unless you change the brake caliper.

The fronts are stock size and could be used at the rear but I went a little bigger in the back.

The Cragar SS's are my favorite. They look gorgeous on your car, but I don't want to use spacers or change the calipers. Your car is beautiful.

I use these as a change of pace look from my Rallys. Cragar S/S is my favorite wheel.

PS, the small spacers is not a big deal. I drive the car everywhere.

Haha, well, maybe from 20 feet away. Before I came to my senses, I tried to sell it for 3 weeks this winter at $10k and didn't have any takers. The pink pin-stripping it came with is definitely out there, lol.

The Cragar SS is my absolute favorite wheel on a C3. I don't think the Torq Thrust II is as nice. My concerns are that I don't trust spacers from what I have read, plus on a 45+ year old car I don't want to place any more stress on the wheel bearings than is necessary.

Yes, I think there's nothing quite like a blue C3 with Cragars. I'm amazed you had no takers at $10k. Could the pink accents have really put off people that much? Wouldn't bother me, I'd have snapped it up if I'd known about it and been in the market.
