Youtube Video Reclocking a Alternator
Hello,
I love YouTube as I'm a visual learner.
There is a video from an elderly gentleman showing how to reclock
a GM alternator on his bench. He does it in 30 seconds.
I tried his method last night and have to say I was surprised how easy it was. It took me a whole minute for a first timer.
I was skeptical as I watched it several times, but I have to say it went with out a hitch just like the video.
I did not have to fool with the brushes at all.
I'm sorry I have not attached same but if you search YouTube......
Reclock a GM alternator his video pops right up.
Sometimes a video is worth a thousand words.
Mine was off 90* as shipped.
