Would like to find a luggage rack with t top holders and a strap for my 76 vette. My luggage rack has 6 hold down screws. I would like to buy them as a set. I would also like any thoughts or input about how secure they are. I have seen some and the look pretty decent.

My 75 had the factory luggage rack and I bout the strap. I had no issue at any time or any speed with the set up. It was very convenient when weather would change and you were on a trip.

My luggage rack does not have the holes to attach the brackets to. So thats why I'm looking for the whole set up. Hope I can find it. Thanks for the input. It's slways nice to hear from someone who has used them as nd like them

It's been a long time, but I don't recall any holes. There are locating pins and some metal parts that locate on those pins to keep from moving. My memory of 20 plus years ago is foggy. The end result is similar to the way they attach to the car.

The racks with the T top carrier had pins that were used to locate the T top holders.

The setup is rare and can be very expensive.

I'm still looking for a trailer hitch - factory type for my 71. (drop down)
