Most likely "Not secured properly. Sure looks like tire straps around the front wheel to me. But if you`re gonna throw 3200 pounds over hard, the straps won`t be enough to hold it, I`m sure.
If you look at the front tire, it looks like there is a small ratchet strap that you would use to tie down like a bike or something small. It is orange.
