Can't get PS ball stud out
Trying to replace leaky PS cylinder but the ball stud is stuck in the steering arm (not sure what it's called), I've tried heating it, banging in it, pb blaster. Any ideas?

I used a ball joint separator (pickle fork)...I heated the surrounding metal with a hand-held propane torch/drove the separator tool on as far as possible/but nothing happened....
about an hour later I heard a loud bang as I was working on another project. The ball joint popped loose from the tie rod because of the preload of the pickle fork and the cooling metal.
