I would have thought up in the 30s but 40 to 50k might be closer

Its a popular color combo, bb 4 speed, if convertible it would be perfect

very very nice car...
the killer is that you spent 20K in paint. you will never get that back..
and you are in canada. skiddish buyers perhaps won't even look there from the states.. that will kill your price a bit.

if you look at ebay and other sites.. cars priced in the 40's and 50's and more are not moving and rarely sell. you have to sit back and wait. its a crap shoot if you go to the auction houses where the fees kill you...

Great looking '71 454....beautiful interior and paint.
The car should be worth $60K, but the market seems to be soft for chrome bumper C3's. $50-$55K maybe? I would hate to take anything less for a '71 of that quality.

I would love to get $40K for my '71 LS5 55K miles 4 speed, factory A/C, Convertible/Hardtop, but mine is original....non-restored. Might take me a few years to find the right buyer.

Good luck selling yours.

Zeller I believe your 71 at auction could bring up to 60k. You should be able to get in the 50k range according to your description. A Red/Red 4 speed LS5 is pretty desirable.

71 Green 454, you should be able to get better than 40k for yours. A Original LS5 Vert 4-speed with AC is pretty rare and desirable.
