I believe #3 are the inside the door lock shields
Helps prevent the linkage from slim-jim (???) and keeps some water out

#4 is the exhaust hanger that bolts to the transmission tail

Part 1 might (really big might) have something to do with the front bumper guards but I'm not sure, only had one apart once
