loose wires
okay guys. got some bubba work to show you and ask if anyone knows what these wires are. Im not a wire guy but if its something simple to "fix" I may can do it. So here goes the pics,,,,have fun and no laughing....
Pic 1. these 3 things are by the distributor, back of manifold.
Pic 2. one copper thingy dangling from the radiator. Possible could be with the extra fan someone connected. the other is the RED wire. it has blue tape on it and I don't know what it is for.
Pic 3. Some random green wire taped to the ac. No the ac is not hooked up. ideas?
Pic 4. This connector is left side. No idea what it is.
Pic 5. This is a random wire left side of engine at the back.

Pic 1 the two connectors look factory not sure what but options you don’t have, the spade connector (blue( is something he ran. Check with test light to see if it’s live and follow it to where it goes and remove.
pic 2 the copper is a thermostat added after but doing nothing there so probably follow back and remove. Red and black follow back and remove.
pic 3 green large eye is ac ground and goes on compressor
pic 4 also connects to ac compressor and factory like ground.
pic 5 looks like a ground. But follow and remove.

Those of us who have gone thru the bad wiring from bubba and his relatives feel your pain. Good luck getting it sorted out.

DO you have wiring diagram???
PHOTO 1. Cannot see the color of the wires in those connectors...so it is a guessing game.
PHOTO 2. The horizontal YELLOW arrow is for an aftermarket provision to sense temperature and it is broken due to it usually goes to a control box. IT DOES NOT ATTACH to the red wire. Or at least all of the aftermarket electric fans with the temperature control set-up has copper tube that runs directly to the control box.
The vertical YELLWO arrow....I have no clue due to not knowing where it is running to.
PHOTO 3. AS stated...it is a ground for your A/C compressor.
PHOTO 4. This is a part for your A/C system and should be a switch. And if this switch is correct....the current will flow through it and make it to the DARK GRREN wire at your A/C compressor itself.
PHOTO 5. I have no clue do to just seeing the end is not telling me anything about it and where it is going to or seeming to be coming from and its exact color when you go back into the wiring harness tape and peel it back a little bit and look at the wire where it has been protected.

Does the car run and do all the electrical components work? If you can turn on the key to run without smoke that's the first hurdle. If you can do that carefully check all the wires with open connectors and tape over them for 12 volts. The first thing is to reduce the possibility of one or more of the shorting out and causing a fire or burning something up. Once you figured that out DISCONNECT the battery before doing anything to address your wires.
I agree that in your first picture those look like the TCS (Transmission Controlled Spark) systems relays that are mounted on the left side of the firewall next to the windshield wiper motor.

In #1 the yellow may have connected to the dedicated alarm system horn.
In #2 the red and black were probably for the under hood lamp. Its lamp holder has a built-in mercury tilt switch so the +12V lead is always hot.
