I've looked over and over at the assembly manual but can't seem to figure out what this is and where to get a replacement. I know it's a vacuum block of some sort but as you can see the previous owner, for some reason unknown and can't fathom why, has chopped or broken the firewall and cut this into pieces. Any ideas? It's on a '74.
Should be the grommet for the HVAC vacuum lines. The small black hose is the vacuum input to the vacuum valve on the dash as Willcox shows in the schematic. To bad the PO butchered the firewall.

What color is the hose? It looks like the hose for the side plenum actuator but I'm not sure from the picture.
