A non A/C car would have used a 5 blade 17 1/2" fan GM #3888366 originally. The 7 blade #3955182 became the service replacement after the #3888366 was discontinued.
Unless your going for originality I would use the #3955182.

FWIW: Any part ever created by GM has a part number. The Parts and Illustrations Catalog lists #3955182, 7 blade, 17 1/2" diameter.
Most GM parts have a part number stamped on them.
There are a few that do not.
I use a DZ302 fan on my sbc that does not have a part number stamped on it.
It has 7 aluminum blades with curved tips, a pointed and balanced steel spider to hold them and is meant to survive at the 302 red line.
