Default I need help finding the right connector for HEI distributor.

I need help finding the right connector that plugs into the distributor. Ive searched many parts stores and online but cannot find one. I've attached photos of the connector (which is attached to the red wire) and where it plugs into if needed for reference.
Top view.

side view

where the wire connects into distributor cap.

That connector you show appears to have been spliced into your wiring and is not the stock connector for a GM HEI distributor. The correct one looks like this for both the bat and tach connections. If you do not need to connect the tach, just leave it unconnected.

I know this connector is not stock, I am just having trouble finding one. My distributor still uses a tach drive so I'm fine with that. If I cannot find another connector like the one pictured, do you have any recommendations as how I should wire the ignition piece in? The red wire comes from my ignition source on the fuse box (under dash on driver side) and pokes thru the firewall, and that same red wire (pictured above with the bad connector) goes into the battery place on the distributor cap. The issue I'm having is the connector is loose, and I've been told to tighten the connector and then solder the connector to ensure it retains its rigidity, and this hopefully will make sure the connector actually snaps into place. I will keep looking for the part I need and if I can't find it ill try to the salvage the old one and fix it and see if that works.

Look at the Painless Wiring site, hei connector. They have all the variations including the single white connector you're looking for

Ive checked all of those places and found nothing close. I googled images of HEI connectors and I found a few that can work, now I just need to go buy them and see what happens.

Hello Miked123. Could the connector be the inside of the one that ronarndt showed? If the plastic outside is removed then there should be two connectors. One should fit the male terminal that you are trying to plug this into.
