What would be the first car you buy after winning the lottery?
This question was posited on DriveTribe.com
While one might say, how much did I win, let's say under $3million Net
After paying debts, maybe buy a house, some vacation, funds for the kids, set aside for retirement, the rest to have fun with. Probably more than one, but my first one would be a brand new Z01 . Then, always having loved wagons, there is a 2000 Rolls Royce Seraph custom wagon to satisfy my unusual wagon craving.
What's yours??

Tough question as it leaves the door open for so many choices....possibly a Hemi Superbird!! Z06, CTS-V. Just to name a few!! I figure one stupid old car, one stupid newer sports car and one stupid family sedan!

3M net win? That's too little for me to truly go wild on cars, cause most of it will be socked away to retirement/investing and probably get started on some investment properties. Maybe a cheap fun car like a C5 Z06.
Now if you're talking about a truly big jackpot win...like 100M+...then we're talking.
C7 Z06 (duh), McLaren 720S(hypercar level performance at supercar prices), Lexus LS500 (ultra luxury cruiser), Raptor (off-road and towing), several bikes, etc. etc.

$3 million after taxes doesn't leave too much to go wild with, but with what I have saved already it would allow me to retire comfortably tomorrow if I didn't go crazy buying new cars and such.... so I'll pass, my curent Vette gets me all the attention I require.

Feels great to say at age 25 when i would be more likely to want something like a lambo or ferrari, that i already own my dream car!!! I would dump a quick quarter mill into it and extra parts guaranteeing it would last, and then my own oil/gas stock as well.

I will sound so lame,
I would likely pursue a Frankenstein c2 i know of, purists would hate it but its just perfect for me 25 k
the rest of the $$$ i would fix up my place and help people,
So hey, if any of you hit mega money and want to buy me that patched together c2 go wild, you will get uber cool points

A Mongoose Grand Sport, low tech, an aluminum small block, as light as they could build it with the only concession being A/C.

Honestly, I really like the GS but since it's unattainable, the superformance would do nicely
But in traditional blue and white

I would be COMPLETELY thrilled to finish my '68 convertible project and then use the extra cash to tour the U.S.A.!
