Does the underside of this corvette look good to you?

To all of you - Thank you so much! I honestly don't know what I'd do without your guys' wisdom. That blue coupe that got posted certainly looks promising, I'll probably go out to see it instead tomorrow.

Burning Brakes
Just nit picking W/ a quick once over at the pics, interior 1/4 trim panel retainers MIA both sides. Screws missing from dash pad, door ajar switches hashed, Some kinda aftermarket forklift seat belt receivers. These cars all look good in pics but look for bubba work. Check the car out, bring your camera & post back. 22k is all the money +++ for a 73 base motor/auto coupe w/ a color change
lololol missing door trim

It looks like the seller has put lipstick on a pig. As I understand, most of Streetsides cars are there on consignment. You received some first class help from the gang here. On any C3 you consider, be sure the seller will let you remove the kick panels and interior windshield trim to inspect the bird cage. As I search for my next C3, 73 and 74 are at the top of my list. 20K it right at the top of the 73 asking price. Right now its a buyers market. Take advantage of that and good luck with your search!

Might have just found a much better car. Thoughts? Underside looks like it’s in much better shape.

I'm leaving to go see it around 8 am tomorrow, so I'll either continue my search, or come home with it

Ragtop was my big must, coupe would have made it easier,
I wanted 4 speed not because i like rowing gears but my build is old school and the slushbox fits that theme better,
But who knows when i will convert it over,
My big stigma is rust so inspect it for rust very well, the stuff that looks great in pictures is just gravy.

There are a lot of nice cars out there for less or similar money.
Here are a few examples. I am not affiliated with any.

Major Update:
Bought the 72 today. It's amazing, couldn't've asked for a better vette. Caught myself going 90 and 100 a couple times on the interstate... whoops!

Congratulations on the 72, post some pictures of the trim tag and vin and we can find out it’s approximate build date.
Good way to close the thread with a happy ending. Now all you need now is a California duster and a quality car cover.

Here you go! vin is 1Z37K2S524723, and here's the trim tag.
Also, my neighbor just got himself a GT3 RS, so thought I'd post it.
One last photo of my new-to-me 72.
