Default Plug & Play LED Headlights

Does anyone have any experience with Headlight Experts LED headlights?
These seem to be the ones for my 74 vert.

They are suppose to be plug and play without having to cut the bowl.
Any suggestions for similar? I'm not into cutting anything.
Thanks

Does anyone know of ANY plug and play LED headlights for a C3? Most require cutting the bowl behind the lights. I'm looking for a simpler way to swap to brighter headlights.

Have you installed headlight relays yet? It makes a significant difference.

I definitely second that. It's amazing how much brighter the regular bulbs get when they get 12v instead of 9.

These will fit. I have not installed them yet, but did a quick visual check. Waiting for spring with my stash of other new parts to upgrade when the weather breaks. Octane Lighting, check out YouTube for installs. These...https://www.octanelighting.com/produ...3-034-g5-led-2

I strongly recommend the headlight relay harness upgrade, plus halogen sealed beams. Unfortunately, there are no recent redesigned sealed beams (like the GE NightHawks) for the small round form factors.

If you want a better pattern, go Euro (aka ECE, or E-code) lights (H4 high/low outers or H1 low only outers, H1 high only inners).

If you want to blind yourself and traffic around you with excessive glare, go LED. None of the LED "bulbs" and very few of the LED Sealed beams are legal or safe for use on public roads. I've witnessed a couple of single car accidents from people who couldn't see obstacles with their extra bright "LED retrofits." One of those accidents, I rode the passenger seat of the car into a downed tree.

Generic information: https://www.danielsternlighting.com/...ys/relays.html

BTW, Daniel Stern is a good source for relay kits.

Corvette (C3) specific threads here:

There are more, but those two have wiring diagrams, information.

Good info! there are some led headlights that have a projector fitted so the beam has a distinct cut off like how a factory equipped vehicle would. That being said, I don't know if there are any in the C3 size that have the projector in the led headlight.
