Default New to Corvettes, What “was” this part?

This is my first post. New to Corvettes. My 1973 C3 L

48 just arrive today (via tow truck!). The frame is solid, and the body lines seem fine. But the seatbelt anchor underneath the door area looks completely rusted out. Does anyone know what this part is called? And, is it replaceable?

Paragon has them for $59 each.

They also have a "stick with us" discount. If you place a $500 order you get 15% off almost all of their parts. Some only qualify for 10% off and very few don't qualify for a discount. Just have to place an order every 3 months after that for any amount to retain the discount. Its saved me a ton on my restorations and they are a great crew there.

Its hard to top a better price ,
When I buy, I take into account is that I see Willcox's posting info on the forum regularly .
Yes they will be looking to drum up business, IMO the assistance they give for no return should not be discounted.
