Default quick question, diff seals

Putting some rtv on the pinion seal, but unsure about the side yokes. Should I just put assembly lube on the OD or some rtv?

Thanks

I do a 220 grit sanding and use RTV on all my seals, then wipe any excess. Yes, I would.

GTR1999 does as well. This is on another site but he mentions this site at the beginning
