What battery am I supposed to have in my '81?

What battery am I supposed to have in my '81?
Just need the group size. Don't remember what the correct size is supposed to be. Had a spare from a Nissan truck jerry-rigged in it for the last couple years, finally bit the dust.

Hmmm. Interesting. I stole the group 78 out of my Suburban and put it in, but the positive cable didn't seem long enough. Actually had to prop the battery on a small block of wood to tilt it just enough to bring the terminal close enough I could attach the cable. Possible the dimensions on the 78 from the Suburban are bigger than what goes in the Vette? I thought the sizes were all the same for each group. Different sizes for different amp ratings maybe?

It has indeed. I mostly haunt OT. My priorities have been, um, elsewhere for the last few years. Wrapping all that up so time to get the Vettes back in shape. 
That's what I thought, but for some reason it seems like I need the terminals reversed. Wait, do the terminals face forward or backwards?
