Default Someone to go over a C3 In New York?

I'm interested in this car
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1971-Chev...ddee%7Ciid%3A1

Obviously it's been sitting for a long time and will need some mechanical tlc. Is there anyone reputable in NY who could take delivery of the car and give it a full mechanical service to get it to a running and driving condition? I'm guessing the tank needs cleaning along with all fuel lines, carb and brakes rebuilt and maybe new tires, but being a c3 there could be a lot more i'm unaware of.

what you should have done is have a company examine the car before buying it to determine whether it is even worth investing any money into it. It may be cheaper to pay more for a nicer car than dumping money into this one.

Selling it for a friend.
Is the owner a parapalegic? Obviously the guy knows something about vettes accroding to his pics.
Guess its still an LT1 car but wouldnt pay LT1 money for it....make it a hotrod. A solid lifter 406 would be a blast.

If youre in another country and cant deal with the owner that seems like a huge risk...thats just me being paranoid though.

Whats everyone else think? I see some bushings but resto even an older one not seeing it. Sure it was fun at one time.

I trust these guys to work on my 71. John & Frank really know what they're talking about.

They're in middle Westchester which is ~1hr from the car w/out traffic.
