With the exception of the long hood conversion, most of that car is still there.

A good deal is $14,400 based on Corvette DNA app. How much is it going to cost you to paint it, find all the missing parts, possible engine work, etc.?

Could be a decent deal. If it is the original motor (and I do see lots of original things that are normally long gone) and drivetrain then it is a fair price for what is there. If it has a tank sticker or some other docs all the better. If you like working on cars this would make a great project.

I think you would have a difficult time getting your investment ($'s, not time) out of it if planning on reselling at no loss. Matching Engine and documentation will help ( I see headrests on this car, I'm thinking that's unusual for a 68). If restoring back to factory (best chance for $ recovery), the Wiper Door and Hood alone will add a fair amount of time and $. I've seen better projects for sale here (just my opinion).

Looks rough to me and likely left outside for a while...not particularly rare (7717 made in 1968). If you got lots of time and/or money go for it. I found with my car that there was 3 times more stuff that needed to be fixed that what I saw when I bought it. But that said it has been a total labor of love and now I would not trade it for anything. Best of luck in your search!
