Ever gotten a seat belt extender from Seatbeltsplus on Ebay?
I ordered a couple of these - got a message from them today that though the auction doesn't say it, these extenders only work with their aftermarket seat belts. Seemed odd. The photo looks almost identical to the one on the Ecklers site.

The buckle may not engage your current outer section of the belt.
