If you've never titled a older, special interest car with LOW miles in SC ...and if you have not yet applied for SC title ...
... you'd like to keep that Low mileage shown on your new SC title, right?
I'll share good info I have from titleing my '71. PM me if you might want that insight.

Well the weatherstripping and VIN sticker are definitely over the BLACK PAINT...

Here is a survivor Black Special paint Z28 that I looked at. This car has all evidence it was delivered Black like your L82. It would make a nice partner.
He also has an original paint '72 LT1. He also sold the '70 LT1 yellow roadster that was flipped to FL.

I have looked at this car. Actually I have a light copper 1973 Z28 that is almost done with a concourse restoration. It’s restoration is well documented on the nastyz28 forum.

Just out of curiosity, does it still have its original front bumper? If so how has it held up after all these years? Looks good from the distance in your pics. Also could you take a pic of your Horn Relay and radiator cap if you think they are original to the car?
Thank you,
Jimmy

I had a pretty black L82 ‘73 back in the early 80s. Of course, it started out blue.

Beautiful black '73. And a 4-speed L82 - sweeet.

Have fun with it!

Sexy. Cool to see a well cared for example. I would not restore it either.

That greasy tranny would definitely get a bath though.
