Default side graphic ideas for my 75 coupe restomod

Anyone good at photoshop? Need some help please!

My C3 is a driver. No show car here! The sliver paint is ancient and has all sorts of issues. The big block replica hood came black and I just bolted it on. I rattle canned the pretend 68-72 bolt-on rear bumper cap black to match the hood.

I rather like it just as it sits. Still. Some subtle/cool black vinyl graphics on the sides might work. I’m thinking to have the fender vents in black with smaller and smaller black “rectangles” going back towards the rear that end somewhere mid to rear door.

Open to any and all ideas thanks !

You could also add the black stripe down th e top, acrosss the rear deck lid to join th etwo black sections like the baldwin motion stripe.

I was thinking a motion stripe also, but i think the hood is black already so he can't really put a black stripe going down the hood. I wonder about doing more of the tail black. I kine of like what you have going on there, but wonder if it would look better, or more intentional, if you had a wider stripe that was not just the bumper cap. You can do it in Plasti dip and see if you like it before you commit to spraying paint onto the silver.

Thanks all please keep the ideas coming. I had seen the thread with the white C3 in Boston. The red blocks on the side of that car were sort of what I was thinking. Much smaller though.

The Baldwin Motion theme on the top of the car was something else I had considered. Although with my all black hood it seemed difficult to tie it all together.

Whatever I do it will be vinyl not paint. I’ve got a guy who does that stuff and I can just drop the car with him and tell him my basic ideas and let him run with it. I’d rather have something to show him though so please whatever you guys/gals suggest I’d like to see it thanks !

I had toyed with the idea of painting the car but it’s just so much fun the way it sits. Door dings, rock chips whatever just make me laugh.

But now I see this guy and his plasti-dip magic. Plus he’s local to me. Argh! First world problems lol

How about pointy things sorta like Starsky’s Torino that tie in with the rear bumper?

I think one, wide stripe down the middle....same color as the hood and tail section....would look O.K. Not sure why I have that bias....

A single or double pin stripe along the upper body break might finish it out.
