Front wheel wells

Hi everyone
After cleaning the front wheel wells I noticed some damage: slits and openings.
Can I just put some bondo on it, sand it down and spray the wheel well with anti-gravel?

Or should I leave the slits alone and spray it directly?

I would ise seem sealer on areas you want to seal.

i would spray with frame paint semi gloss ( insert your paint here) .. then undercoat in areas you want

I would agree, some seam sealer. thats about it. Why do your wheel wells look like this? Looks like someone striped away everything! Mine have NEVER looked like this. Seal the gaps, paint the wheel wells. Stop cleaning this deep! Drive the car! Wheel wells are going to be dirty!
