I have been watching your posts and am impressed with your ingenuity to keep a Corvette running in Australia. Visited many years ago and spoke to people with US cars about the issues in getting cars and parts into the country with the huge import fees that they charge. At least now it is probably quicker to get parts than it used to be it still has to be time consuming. I am only two days away from Zip or Corvette Central by post.
What I find amazing about these hose issues is that I do not remember ever changing the hoses from the pump. I have changed them from the Ram to the valve, but even that was quite a long time ago. Perhaps the quality has gone down, like so many other things.
I have probably jinxed myself by saying that I have never changed the hoses.

Good job.
I am also a bit surprised with the hose issues. I have changed one PS hose in the 33 years since I installed Power Steering...and that was 10 years ago. It was the HP hose and I just picked one up at Autozone so it wasn't anything special or expensive. I am not complaining since my PS system has not otherwise ever leaked since I added it ages ago.

So, it's been about a year, thought I'd wake this up again as another member has just been enquiring about heavy duty hoses.
I'm happy to report, I've had zero issues or leaks with my new heavy duty hoses. I was just under the car the other day. They look great.

Are you selling kits yet? They'd be a bargain even with tariffs!

A year is longer than any of my replacement hoses made it (before the Borgeson conversion, of course).
