If it is that far gone that you cannot see out of it then you are too late. My go to product for plastic windows is PLEXUS. Not cheap but it was specifically designed for plastic motorcycle windows. We used it for years on all the boat enclosures we made.
My top looked similar... its an older top and had been folded down since 2019, didnt want to replace it just yet.
I used alcohol first to clean it and then hand rubbed with a fine cut cleaner compound (Meguires #2) lots of elbow grease inside and out, not perfect but cleaned up nicely
