454 HI Per Pass-what's it worth??
I just pulled the BB from my 74, am installing a 502. The 454 runs strong, real strong, but I had purchased the ZZ502 to put in one and this is the one.
The engine I pulled is not numbers matching so I am going to sell it and I will let my kids worry about what the 74 is worth when I am gone.
I am going to sell along with the original transmission as I am putting a five speed in also or should I seperate them??

FYI...pretty much all the 454 castings are marked "HI PER PASS" unless they're from a truck. Nothing special about them.
You might want to note what head castings are on this motor.
