The interior quarter trim panels are behind the seats against the body and are used to cover the gap between the carpet and door frame. They also cover the the hinge area of the soft top frame.

I think your right, anyway, I will look for the quarter trim panels this eveneing.

I will take the console trim plate(if it is the correct '68, not '69), front bumper(if it is GM, or a quality repro), and if you have door locks with keys or seat belts, I'll take those too.

I will take pic of plate and you can tell me if its right or not. seat belts are crap. I will will sell you the door locks with keys as long as they are still attached to the doors.

Well, I will definitely take the front bumper, if the trim plate doesn't have a space for engine stats, it is correct. If you decide to take those locks off, I would love to get them.

I would also like your sunvisors if they are in good condition, rear storage compartment doors(condition). Also, how is the condition of your driver's side mirror, and outer door handles?

I'm out on the bumper. It looks exactly like mine on the drivers corner. Maybe they all have a slight downturn at the corner.
Thanks anyway.

I'll take the caps and bolts for the differential end of the half shaft universals if they are original big block items and the price is reasonable.

ru serious? Never thought such a small part would be unique to a 68. I will take pics. But will probably want to selling rolling chassis as a whole.

Yes I'm serious.

They are not unique to the 68 cars but they are unique to BB cars.

No problem about selling the chassis as a whole. If you start parting it out, I'd like the caps and the bolts.

On the rebuilt steering box, do you know who did the rebuild or did you buy a rebuilt box from one of the vendors?

I already posted about the body and headlights. for some reason the question ended up on the other page he has linked to this one. I am still waiting on confirmation that the body is 800.00. Maybe the mod can move it here so people know the pecking order. I definatly want the body and headlights though.

I also am interested in the vert. frames.

Default seats

I am also interested in the seats if the frames are decent and work and they are early 68 seats meaning the latch on the back is down lower towards the floor. please advise.
