Guys, give it a chance. It's a trial idea that more than a few members agreed was a good idea to try. So far everything looks like it's going smoothly...with the exception of the three posts above. Besides...nothing changed in the Give Away thread.

I don't agree - we have 3 threads about the Christmas give-away, not 1 like in previous years. I don't want to have to go to different threads to see what people want or what I can offer. It also pre-supposes some offers, as folks who are on the "registry" will get a shot at things, where before it was by chance (and a lot more fun). Bottom line all this extra stuff is taking the fun out of it.

And I tried to do this via PM first, but you didn't want to hear it.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!

If blunblk can't find his, I've got one I was considering throwing out along with a lot of other stuff. I'm tire of tripping over all this. It worked fine when removed.

I can only ship one item, I'll wait to see if you need this one, but it's yours if you do.
Merry Christmas!

Nothing should change from previous years because a select few wanted it their way

Looking for black/silver 1970 style 454 numbers for BB hood. If someone comes up with them, I'll keep the thread going with some parts. Also need a carb stud with a ball end.

I think this thread is good for little parts that you normally aren't going to start a thread about, like a missing fastener or oddball part. I have boxes and boxes of small parts lying around as I am sure a lot of people do, but I'm not going to itemize ALL of it and give it all away.

I have a patched up "serviceable" support from a 75 you can have. I'll take some pics in the daylight.

See, the confusion continues... People are posting the giveaways in the needed items thread and vise versa. We need to simplify this process. If you need something, posted it under "C3 Parts" and label your title with "WTB" and someone will surely have what you need. Work it out amongst yourselves as to whether you are willing to give it away as a gift or attach a cost. Christmas is about giving. Therefore we should keep the tradition going on the "C3 General" Annual Christmas post.

I really don't see the confusion. The whole point of the Wish List thread is to say you need something. In this case, JUSBAD said he needed a fuel pump. TWO guys followed by saying that they have one they were going to throw away and now won't have to because someone can make use of it. I see one guy saying what he really needs and two guys saying that have it for him.

Looks perfectly clear to me my friend.

I would love a set of stock aluminium alloy wheels for My 82. I would be more than happy to pay the shipping.

Thanks for all the time you have put in Matt, but I like the original thread as well from previous years. Too confusing and time consuming to jump around all of these threads.

I think I may have one if you can wait until tomorrow for me to get back home & check. It might be an LT-1 pump though....no return.
