F/S - Cinnabar or Rust Floor Mats - NEW / NOS
FOR SALE - FOR SALE - FOR SALE (forgot to put that in the title)
Spring cleaning out the garage and came across these floor mats. I was thinking that I had purchased these new from Chevrolet, but looking at the back I do not see a GM part number, so it is possible that they came from Corvette Central. I am willing to take information or advice on if GM had part numbers on these. I had a 81 white with cinnabar interior and I must have purchased these for that car.
Anyway, probably fit 78-82 Corvettes with the rust or Cinnabar or cinnamon interior. I think the black book may call it Claret? Just to clarify, definitely NOT red, but more a shade of orangish rust color.
Still have all the little nubbies on the back, the edging all the way around is like new and there are no signs of being used. The "CORVETTE" logo has a few marks where it looks like the nubbies from the back scuffed it while being rolled up in the box. Not dusty or smoky, been in the closet of my pet free home. Need a good day out in the sun to get them "unrolled" and then put in your corvette. They dont match my current 81 red/red so lets find them a good home.
$55 shipped or best offer. Again any opinion as to factory original or aftermarket will be appreciated. You cant hurt my feelings.

Just for clarification. The claret color is drastically different than the cinnabar color. They do not intermingle

YES - that is the color! I always wonder why the "bible" the black book does not show either rust or cinnabar as an interior color?
Anybody know what color name is used in the black book to describe this shade of orange?
