Earth to seller... earth to seller... come in please.. Based on your price for these items we feel you may have been in orbit too long...

Wrong pistons= NOT an L88
Date coded 512/4 bolt bolt can be had for $2,000-3,500
Heads can be bought for $2,000-2,500
Crank, Rods and pistons can be had for $1,500-2,000
063 manifold can buy for $700-800
M22 date coded can buy for $2,000-2,500
Total- $8000-12,000 (gave you the benefit of the doubt on high end)

You might want to rethink 'FIRM' price. Unless you like looking at your parts.
Just because we are Corvette guys does not mean we are suckers. Well, maybe we do pay too much for our stuff sometimes, but then again, we are Corvette guys. Good luck with your sale. Regards, Tom

Tompugh,

I Thank you for your opinion.

To the others who want to question the price. Ebay has had an L88 motor for $25,000. A set of 074 heads were over $4600. last I checked.

Sorry Corvette guys, I don't know these things as well as you guys. I also assumed someone would like to test drive a motor and trans instead of trusting someone telling you it's good.

Let's keep this civil, and if there is anything that needs to be discussed between the 2 parties, I ask them to take it to PM/e-mail/etc.
