WTB 81 Front Emblem NOS or exc used one
I know these are discontinued from GM, so only 1 needed to finish my project.

I had the same problem with my '81 - I tried everywhere last summer, and they weren't available then. I doubt they're any more available now!
I did find out that the 1980 front and rear emblems are IDENTICAL - except the 1980 is chrome around the edges, where the 1981 is black. You could buy the 1980 emblem, and carefully do the edges with black Rust-O'Leum.
Or do like I did: just buy front and rear 1980 emblems. It would take a REAL Corvette Freak to know that they weren't exactly correct. Good luck!

Pulled an '81 nose emblem off my car today, to replace it with a correct '80 nose emblem. It's in good shape if you still need it. Obviously you'd have to replace the two sided tape on the back side. Let me know.
