I just bought a top yesterday for my 68 and never knew about the additional ten percent off I could of got and was entitled to! I just called you guys and asked for the additional 21 bucks back and was told no sorry. Then I asked OK what if I order say another 800 worth of stuff from you then can you take it off . . was told no sorry. Are you serious????? I offer to buy 1000 worth of stuff from you and you wont give me back the 21 buck I should have been entitled to in the first place? Wow I guess maybe I should spend my money elsewhere huh.

I asked for the additional ten percent off I should have got yesterday when I ordered the top if I knew there was a discount code. I paid 210 for the top yesterday and should have been able to get it for 189 but I didnt know there was a code for an additional ten percent off until today . . i even used your link on the forum when I ordered it. I asked the gentleman if I order another 800 worth of stuff today can you take off the additional 21 bucks I should have got off the top I ordered yesterday. I was told there is no way to take it off the new order. I WAS going to order deluxe door panels pillar posts, header panel, visors and a screw kit to the tune of 905 bucks which would come down to 815 with the ten percent code . . I wanted the 21 bucks I should have got off and was entitled to yesterday on the top order to be taken off this new order. Was told no sorry theres no way to do that. Really . .

I'm the only one that can edit an order... but I'd have to edit it after placed to reflect the credit, that is not a problem..
Sales can not edit or change orders once they are placed. I just talked to the person you talked with and I tried to call you back. I don't think he understood your question. I think he thought you were asking if the coupon would go back and get you the 10 percent off the last order. That can't be done... it has to be done manually which I did for you earlier today. A credit of the 21.00 was issued to your credit card today.

Ernie made it right and credited me the 21 back from my top order and made many attempts to contact me about this but I was busy most of the day. Thanks Ernie I will place the additional order today either online or I'll call you when i have time.
