Hooker SS side pipes complete with STS baffles
#7
I'm thinking about going back to a under the car exhaust. Set up is on my 68 Vette, SBC, Stainless Steel with STS baffles. Love the look, not really sold on the sound, and the car is mostly original so I'm going to go that route for this one (originality over resto-mod/high perf)

yes and yes. you will need to buy muffler inserts, which you would have to if you were to buy brand new regardless. i'm not droping the price anymore. i am at 1/2 the cost of brand new ones.

SBC Sidepipe exhaust
Do you need the stock exhaust to put on your car?
My '69 has great looking manifolds, new head pipes, really rusty rear pipes but they hold air for now and new mufflers.
I'd be willing to do a trade and give you $200 as well as drive up there to deliver. (Charleston is so pretty this time of year, it's not hot and muggy )
