FS: 1970-71 LT1 Tach Drive Distributor >> NEW IN BOX <<
Back in the 70's, I bought a new #1111496 distributor for my LT1 from a Chevy dealer. I sold the car before installing it, and it's been in my hall closet ever since. It is brand new, in original Delco Remy box, never installed. Not a reproduction. $650 plus shipping from Pennsylvania. PM me.

NOTE: This is a points distributor for the LT1, not a transistor ignition unit. I was the second owner of a 1970 LT1. It had a points ignition with a 1111496 distributor. I have no way of knowing if the car was built with another setup. I bought this from Cress Chevrolet in 1978 just in case my unit failed. The P/N on my distributor matched the parts book listing for a "1970 350/370 Corvette", so #1111496 is what I bought. It has never been installed.

That is NOT a K-66 Transistor ignition distributor, pigtail out of it is for points setup, make sure you have him pop the cap off and look inside before you buy it
