Whats the best place for parts?
It seems like ecklers is the most organized and has basically everything, but they also seem to be the most expensive and I've heard they can be a real pain to deal with. Haven't heard much on corvette central, but trying to find parts on their site can be a hassle. Just looking for opinions on where to look and potentially buy from

Why not order catalogues from the vendors, then you can thumb through at your leisure, and order online when ready. I have several different vendors so I can compare.Still like the feel of leafing through a mag.

Hi,
I believe Zip Products, Corvette Central, Paragon Corvette Reproductions,
Dr. Rebuild, and Willcox, are often mentioned as valued parts sources.
Watch for specials on shipping which can save a few $$.
Regards,
Alan

my personal opinion is as follows
#1 is Wilcox: best cusomer service I have ever seen just search them on this fourm and you will agree.
#2 is Dr Rebuild: No there is NO customer service but if it isnt in their catologe it probobly isnt available. You have to get their cataloge and call in all orders and know exackly what the cataloge number is or they end the call. Other than that nice folks.
#3 E Bay: this one is self explanatory
#4 Ecklers: every thing that is reproduced can probobley be found here and their site is easy to navagate but not the best on prices
#5 Corvette Central: its got plenty of good parts and sometime cheaper than Ecklers.

1.try Blairs corvettes in penn, they've been helpful
2.Dr. rebuild has also helped,
3.Quanta is a good place for fuel tanks and stencils,
4.the ''Right Stuff'' in ohio is a great place to buy fuel/brake/trans lines[their stainless lines are easy to bent/flair]
5.paragon has good parts and a clear cataloge
best thing is to get every cataloge and look thru them ,then make a list of what you need
