AJ is the man If possible - sure would like to see a pic of the '69 antenna - just to see what they look like compared to an original '68 antenna. BK3

Hi bk,
I believe its the base of the antenna that changed.
I believe the 68 mast screws into place in a hex shaped chrome base.
The 69+ antenna has a mast that slips into the base and is is tightened in place with chrome plated collar with 2 'flats'.

Pretty much the same looking "mast" Blair except the 67/68 has the threads under the base. Now those 67/68 originals can really go sky high in price.

Wow, that's a bit steep. Anyhow, I paid $50 for it so it's yours at that price.

Hello Tony, I am never far away from the Forum - too hard to stay away. Jack is in a safe place - storage compartment in the '68. Haven't used it yet - too scared to - it is too perfect. How are things in Florida??? Was there last Feb. Absolutely loved Florida - can wait to go back. The weather here just sucks. Thanks again for selling the jack to me. . Keep in touch, my friend. BK3
