It's a February 68 build date, so Early would be better.

Early is Oct Nov dec 67 so your feb is regular design
I may have one but will take a look later if not in a hurry. I am bogged with work and my friend coming over to help me do the wire harness on my 71

The early ones are selling for stupid money.
