Default WTB: 1972 LT-1 Hood

Hi, I'm looking to buy a reasonably priced LT-1 short style hood for my 72 coupe. I'd prefer an original GM hood in descent condition, rather than aftermarket.

Thanks,
Joe

Thanks George. Your hood is exactly what I'm looking for but unfortunately it's way more than I can afford. I do appreciate the offer though!!

Anyone else have one?

Unfortunately we couldn't get together on the price.

I bought some parts from Vette Barn here in Kentucky the other day and they have an original hood for sale .It has a crack but is repairable for $750 or they will repair it ready for paint for $1000.If you PM me an e mail I can send a picture I took on my phone .Just passing it on .

Didn't mean to cut you out on your hood sale just trying to help out . Just bought a 68 "Original L 88" Basket case yesterday .Needs complete restoration but all the good stuff is there including the original L 88 hood .
