Default Mallory tach drive distributor

In real nice shape. This is the electronic ignition type with the Pertronics module. The cap and rotor are new, never used. $150 plus the ride. Thanks, bighead

Sorry, didn't realize the photos were fuzzy. Mallory # is 2664501H. It was removed from a running car about 8 months ago and I installed a new cap and rotor expecting to use it in my project. Will ship for $10. Any other questions just ask!

It is not Delco HEI in the sense that a high voltage coil is mounted in the cap eliminating the coil wire. A high voltage coil can be used remotely ( like pre 1974 cars came with) and achieve the same effect. A HEI uses a module instead of points which performs the same trigger function as the Pertronics module so that is very similar. I guess my best answer would be that with a high voltage coil, it would deliver the same energy to the plug that the GM HEI unit would.
