Saw this on Kijiji here in Ontario (Canada), the guy wants $300 or offer.

FWIW: it's called a hood surround panel. Model year isn't listed in the ad, but it appears to be 73-74.

FYI, I contacted the seller it is a 68-72 hood surround.
