Free: Antique Tire
Nobody wanted it so it went to the recycling center and is gone now. Thank you for looking.
I have a single tire that is old, old, old and it is looking for a new home.
Date code decipher indicates it was manufactured the 35th week of 1973 which is August 27-September 2, 1973.
It would have been used on a very early production 1974, probably in August 1973, which would have been one of the first 1250 1974's to roll off the assembly line with the new rubber front, and rear, bumpers.
If you are showing your early build 1974 and you want a bit of nostalgia and history to show along with it then consider this tire. It is a museum all unto itself.
I have it listed as free. If you want me to ship it you have to PM your address and I can get you a quote for shipping.
Thank you.

It has been a month since my last bump, so I did some research and gathered some more data on this tire. I thought it would be nice to let those with early build 1974's (first month of production) that I found a tire that is perfect to display along with your car. I thought I would bump it again with the updated data and see if anybody might like to show own this tire. Still has the mold lines on it. It is in very nice shape and I would like to see someone have it for their own. Please, let me know if you would like it.
Thanks for looking.
