Can't recall the size of a #19, but I think that's a top radiator hose clamp?

I have a take off from a mid production 1968 if it works?
It was on since new.
I replaced the rubber fuel line to the fuel pump and did not reuse it.
Depending how critical you need to be for judging if it works get back to me.
