I am looking for a body dolly that could be shipped to San Diego, California. I'm on a budget so I am looking for something inexpensive.
I am also looking for a sling to raise the body off the frame.

Make one yourself out of wood. There are plenty of plans for free on here. You could build it cheaper than it would cost to ship one to you. As far as lifting sling I used 4 ratchet straps and it worked great.
