I have a 79 Vette and the doors are rotted in area's too difficult to fix. So they are not likely worth trying to fix.

Does anyone know where I can buy replacement shell's (the Metal)? Fiberglass is in great shape and re-bonding the skin is no issue.

Not sure if it's relevant, but they are power windows, manual locks

I believe 78-82 doors are all the same so you have some options to chose from on these.

I didn't see it the first time but your Avatar name says 71 Vette In NH so I should have caught the New Hampshire in that name. Sorry.

there is one small difference on the 78 to 82 doors at some point the hole where the wires go thru in the front of the doors to the body the shape was changed from round to kind of oblong shape gary gruhala
