Default Fuel tank from my 72

I purchased this fuel tank from Tanks inc a while back when I was doing my LS3 conversion. So probably around 2012. At the time I purchased Tanks was not making the FI tanks with the built in mounting for pumps and senders. I took their Walbro fuel pump kit and massaged the tank and in tank pump to fit the stock tank. It all works very well. The tank is virtually brand new. I installed it and maybe has 10 miles on it and has been sitting in a heated garage for the last 6 years. The pump is mounted in the tank and it has the stock sender unit with the fuel port plugged off. I blocked the vent line in the top of the pump because I used the charcoal canister for a vent and also to keep the fuel fumes down. I kept the vapor separator since I will be using it on my new setup. The tank was bought for my 72 so it has a vent nipple on the drivers side and passenger side and has the mounting bracket for the vapor separator. I mounted a double hole bracket on the tank to hold the 2 6AN lines somewhat stable so there would be no chaffing. The bottom half is just JB welded to the tank, but it is not moving. I had the tank setup for an LS motor but with the right regulator could be used for carb or other fuel injection.
The tank will come with the pump, fuel level sender unit and the bracket for the fuel lines. No lines are included. I just paid 600+ for a similar setup and I want 250 + shipping for this unit.

I’m pretty sure it will but I will check. I just installed a Fitech system on a 68 last year and I’m pretty sure I used the same tank as for my 72. I’ll check tomorrow and make sure.

I'll take it Gordon. It will work well on my 1974 and I am in the market for a new tank.
Let's work the deal.
