Looking to trade it for a Lars rebuilt one for a 72 4sd....I know this seems like a lopsided trade but according to Lars I should be able to trade it for (6) 72 carbs. See quote below from a post here at CF about this carb.
Wow - that's beautiful. I've never seen an original '67 Q-Jet in that good condition. Amazing. You should be able to trade it for 6 '72 carbs... Be careful putting it back together to assure proper installation of the power piston and metering rods, or you'll destroy it... Somebody above mentioned that it could be an SR carb built in '74. I doubt that to be the case, as all the SR carbs built in '74 used a carb number starting with "17054..." It's likely a date mis-stamp - the carb is definitely a '67 carb. Specifically, 1967 Chevy 327 and 350 (2nd type), manual tranny with A.I.R. Lars

I think you're going to have a tough time finding someone who really wants a '67 Q-Jet here in the C3 parts section. You should try a post over on C1/C2 parts, but the main audience for this carb will be the guys on the Camaro Forums, Chevelle Forums, Nova Forums, and the full-sized Chevy Forums, not to mention eBay...

I was thinking the same thing....I'll duplicate this on the C2 section. I don't have accounts at any of the other Chevy boards...I'll have to check what their sale add post rules are.

OP has stated that while he is primarily interested in a trade, the trade valuation is $1000.
