Original ones are next to impossible to find as most of the original urethane rears are in poor shape due to degradation over the years. Aftermarket would be the way to go for the rear. Front urethane bumpers, I believe are still available from GM but pricey and aftermarket fronts are readily available from most major vendors.
The removal of the rears are not a big problem to remove - the front ones are more difficult IMO due to the corner retaining hardware being hard to get a wrench on.
Best of luck with your project.

The ones I used came from J D Corvette. They were fiberglass and fit pretty close. I tried to use the connected studs for installation but ended up using individual nuts bolts and washers. I adjusted each bolt and tightened each one in position one at a time to get the alignment as close as possible.Did not have to use any filler. In hindsight it would be easier to cut out the taillight holes before mounting the bumper. The front was harder to get access to the bolts but again I used individual bolts rather than the factory connected studs. Again, push out or push in at each bolt to get the mating surfaces aligned and then tighten it up. Mask, prime, paint and clear coat. Now that I am thinking about it I wish that I had put on the later model rear bumper with the spoiler. Looks better IMHO.

I have Ecklers fiberglass front and rear on my 74 - I like it, once and done on my thinking, good fit and finish, nothing to buckle or deteriorate. A previous owner had them installed so I can’t speak to the installation process.

I think it depends on what you prefer, do you want a more factory correct look with a few waves in it? If so, get the urethane. If you want a more perfectly shaped piece and want to modify it to better fit your body, then the fiberglass is the way to go.
