It has a couple of small scratches you can see up close.The frame is in good shape,just needs cleaned. Also 3 of the screws for the mounting pins are broke off.I think they would come out if you take the bottom of the frame off. That's the best picture I could get of the DOT info. It's date is UT which is July of 70.You can see it OK I just couldn't get a good picture of it. SOLD
