For sale is an 1100-884,61 Amp, un-restored Alternator. Date code 9L10. (1969 Nov.10.) Was in working condition when it was removed from the Corvette.

It would be correct for my April built 1970 within the six month NCRS range but it would have to be rebuilt. American Armature in Dallas are experts at rebuilding vintage generators, alternators, and generators.
John Pirkle did my alternator and starter on my 1970 LS5 years ago and they still work perfectly. The date fit's too (Feb.), but I don't have AC. I figured I'd leave this alternator in its natural state and let someone else make the restoration call.
The NCRS TDB pulled my comment because it was worded as trying to sell the part for you. I know there are 1970 Corvette owners that would love to see your ad. I would post it on the 1970 Corvette Registry, which lists me as a spotter/technical advisor, but few owners would see it. Just replying to your ad will keep it at the top of the heap of the CF.
